Fish was quick frozen and in perfect condition. Best part was the taste. No strong fishy smell or taste. You can't do better than this.
OMG! What a beautiful sight. While I didn’t expect 15lbs, of 5-7 oz filets to be that much, it was a huge amount filled up in a large styrofoam freezer container. I assumed they’d come packed separately, 4-5 to a pack. I had to put them in several freezer bags and toss them in my deep freezer. They came frozen and beautifully fresh looking. I can hardly wait to fry a bunch of them for the family this weekend. Stay tuned . . . 😋

They have that lovely sugar bone in the middle. The meat takes seasoning well. Tasted great as Jerk chicken.
This pork bacon is uncured with no sugar. It tastes fantastic. My only complaint is I only bought one.
