They are awesome. Used to buy in California. Moved to Arizona and couldn't find any! Great that we can get them again.
We got the Santa Carota Killer Griller pack and have grilled the new York’s and a round of burgers and both were delicious and some of the best quality meat I can find anywhere. They have tremendous flavor while being grass fed and having less fatty content. I did overcook on of the NY’s for a friend who like’s well done and she still commented on how much flavor was in her steak. Great stuff, I highly recommend.
