Please return the evergood sausage back to costco!!! I need it, and I want it for my gumbo versus other sausages, that are more convenient to buy. Surely I don't need a hundred dollars worth of sausage to make gumbo three times a year (i thought). However, I actually do & I didn't realize that until I used up the first four packs of sausage on one delicious large part of gumbo. The ice cream sandwiches were enjoyed by my husband as were a couple of the vegan options like the falafel by itself and the butternut squash dish. I think he enjoyed the plant burger too- these are all things I ordered just to get to a minimum order amount when I could/should have just ordered all sausage. So yes! the products are great compared to things that you possibly could buy at a grocery store nearby, as I prefer to do. Aside from working to get to a minimum amount dollar amount for my order. Ordering was easy. Delivery was easy. Packaging was great, and unfortunately, since the product is not at Costco I will have to place another order for my next two pots of gumbo.
