Amazing dumplings—easily some of the best I’ve had. The wrappers were perfectly thin but held together well, and the filling was juicy and full of flavor. Every bite tasted fresh and well-made. Highly recommend if you’re craving high-quality dumplings.

This green onion sausage is great. Even though we live in Washington state, it reached us fully frozen.We used it to make red beans, grilled some and plan on adding some to jambalaya. Sadly, we are coming to the end of what we ordered. However, we plan on ordering more. As a Louisiana transplant, it's really nice to get a taste of home even when we can't be there in person.
The breading and flavor was spot on excellent. The seasoning didn't over power the wonderful flavor of the catfish. The package came with an even variety of filets, strips, and nuggets. The french fries fried up nicely. The catfish and fries were perfectly packed with dry ice and was frozen solid upon arrival.
