I live several hours from Superior Catfish and received my 15 lb. box of frozen catfish very quickly. I finished my last fillet just the other day and will re-order today. This catfish is what you expect to get when you order at a restaurant. People, this is the best quality satisfactory catfish fillets I have ever eaten. You can't go wrong with Superior Catfish!
These are my favorite. I like to eat them with red saurkraut and spicy mustard. I can't find them in East Tennessee.
